Are you a recent graduate with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering?

Perhaps you’ve had previous exposure to a manufacturing environment, or a couple of years’ work experience in a relevant industry?

We are recruiting for motivated, proactive graduates to take on continuous improvement projects within a thriving maintenance base.

You’ll embark on a multi-year training journey, which will give you the tools to proactively identify areas of improvement to maintenance processes and workflows and develop your own projects. This includes several weeks at their renowned international training school.

In this role, you’ll be part of an international network of Continuous Improvement Engineers, with whom you can share and exchange ideas and best practices.

Once completed, there are strong progression opportunities available to you, be that into management roles or within other areas in the business.

Role Overview

  • Develop a continuous improvement culture and initiatives to improve asset utilization, reliability and cost of service delivery

  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time through reduction of assets waiting for maintenance, down for parts or repair authorization number, down for failure and work-in-process.

  • Identify new opportunities and develop business cases for projects pertaining to rework and reuse of parts, service level kits and equipment design improvements.

  • Participate in failure Investigations as assigned by the Reliability and cost of service delivery or Maintenance Manager.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.

  • The desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business on high value, technically complex products/projects.

  • Proactive mindset, and an ability to drive initiatives

  • Globally Mobile

  • Previous exposure to a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not essential.
