Schlumberger Helper in Battle Mountain, Nevada

The Minerals Mine Worker is responsible for extracting crude materials such as barite and bentonite from mines. The Minerals Mine Worker operates heavy and mobile equipment used in mining operations, monitors performance and performs maintenance and troubleshooting in the mine environment, as required.

Roles and Responsibilites

  • Operate mining production equipment in a safe, efficient and compliant manner. Report deviations to mine management.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, environmentally sound work area.

  • Communicate with coworkers and management.

  • Ensure equipment is maintained in optimal condition using preventative maintenance systems.

  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts.

  • 3-5 yrs. work experience in this or related field

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship

The selected candidate’s compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. At SLB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at/near the top of the range. The anticipated hourly range for this position is $19.00- $25.00 .
