Job Description

  • Support the aged purchase requests of the Purchasing Specialist when needed. This actions need to be monitored by the

Purchasing Specialist owner of the request, or the Mentor

  • Follow up and ensure by Transactional Quality checks that a PO is created correctly (BORG info, SAP minimum facts,

currencies, delivery times, quantity, etc.)

  • Constant communication (verbal and email) with the Supplier and Internal Users about our FES Purchase Orders.

  • Escalate complex issues to the FES Category Procurement Leader.

  • Perform and enhance the knowledge management of the FES Team.

  • Perform problem solving for noncomplex issues with operations users.

  • Propose documentation changes and process improvements when required.

  • Track deviations and raise nonconformances in QUEST.

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects.

  • Use all required procurement tools when required or mandated by process (SAP, PowerBI, Ariba, ASL, QUEST).

  • Interest to create experience and career in Procurement, Supply Services or Purchasing.

  • Excellent attitude, presentation skills, teamwork, committed and responsible.

  • Pro activity and result focus oriented. Very good communication (verbal and writing)

  • Intermediate English Level prefered. Portuguese Level will be a strong plus.

  • Interest to learn about Oil, Gas and Energy Industry

  • Good english level (written and spoken)
