Job Description
Realizar la actualización de diferentes bases de datos para las CATEGORIAS de CS On Demand y CS Proactive previstas para el departamento de Customer Service y entregar los análisis en el tiempo establecido. Así mismo, documentar errores y posibles oportunidades de mejora.
Realizar el correcto análisis de los datos suministrados en cada uno de los procesos involucrados, con el fin de identificar oportunidades de mejora, errores y/o fallas.
Desarrollar propuestas de proyecto que permitan mejorar algún proceso con el uso de las herramientas proporcionadas por la compañía.
Minimum qualification: Microsoft Office Package (Emphasis in Excel)
