Job Description
Working closely with the IT Governance & Performance team, the Student Intern will become familiar with IT policies, processes, and procedures. The student will provide assistance as directed on IT Service Management tasks such as process document writing, creation of learning materials, and data analysis & trend analysis. Throughout the internship, the Student Intern will be exposed to ITIL and IT Service Management as well as gain knowledge and experience working in a fast-moving and dynamic company.
The Student Intern will be responsible for:
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of IT standards and documentation.
Assisting in the creation of learning material such as videos and knowledge articles.
Analyzing data to identify patterns using BI tools.
Interacting with internal customers.
Perform other related duties as required.
Persuing degree in IT, Computer Engineering or equivalent
GPA of 3.0 or above
Good verbal and written English skills
Demonstrates experience in document writing
Interest in IT Governance, Performance and Processes
Knowledge of ITIL is a prefferred
Knowledge of Scrum is prefferred
Knowledge of BI tools such as PowerBI is preferred
