Schlumberger Customer Engagement Coordinator in Houston, Texas

The Customer Engagement Coordinator is responsible for acting as the customer point-of-contact for fluids lab analysis operations, providing superior levels of support throughout the service delivery process, driving contract revenue, profitability, and receivable management. The Customer Engagement Coordinator establishes and maintains a professional relationship with the customer, subcontractors, and SLB-internal stakeholders. The Customer Engagement Coordinator maximizes knowledge of the customer and SLB portfolio to enhance value of contract for both SLB and the Customer. They ensure the services delivered to the customer comply with contractual agreements and meet customer objectives and performance metrics. This person drives the adoption of effective technological solutions to the customer’s needs and challenges The Customer Engagement Coordinator coordinates the communication channels and activities between the customer and the service delivery team. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Capture/update customer activity for service delivery visibility in the business systems.

  • Capture and communicate internally significant customer intelligence.

  • Capture and confirm job-specific requirements.

  • As a member of the Account Team, identify and capture both product line (PL) & cross-PL sales leads outside existing contract terms.

  • Compile and review cost estimates for consolidation with the technical proposal.

  • Manage SLB resources must communicate effectively with the laboratory team to meet timeline and maintain high service quality.

  • Assess job risks during analysis of customer job requirements.

  • Participate in brief and debrief sessions with the product & service delivery team as required to ensure that customer objectives are clearly understood.

  • Manage client expectations with accurate SOW plans designed to meet specific client objectives, frequent project updates, and detailed final reports.

  • Communicate recommendations and actions to the customer to mitigate unplanned events.

  • Ensure that job deliverables are accurate and given on time.

  • Facilitate customer reviews of Service Quality events as required.

  • Coordinate and conduct regular service quality meetings with the customer.

  • Evaluate customer feedback via customer satisfaction reports and performance reviews.

  • Review the quality and completeness of field tickets.

  • Proactively identify and resolve invoice disputes regarding product and service delivery issues.

  • Ensures compliance with all company policies. Maintain confidentiality of company data and documentation

Qualifications and Experience

  • Chemical engineering/petroleum engineering.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience.

  • Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, creativity, planning, and interpersonal skills.

  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Houston, without sponsorship.

The selected candidate's compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that the compensation and benefits listed below are only applicable to successful candidates who are hired onto local United States payroll.

  • At SLB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at/near the top of the range. The anticipated annual salary for this position is $70-100k annually.

  • Previous experience in project management for all type of PVT, EOR and Flow Assurance projects. from Proposal, defining Scope, Scheduling with Operation, Monitoring Execution and Reporting and Coordination with Clients.

  • Performs technical, project management, and client consultancy services that require technical competency and specialized knowledge of reservoir fluid sampling, PVT analysis, chromatography, and flow assurance. Communicates with the clients to determine the client’s fluid analysis objectives, recommends fluid sampling programs, and designs fluid analysis programs to achieve the client’s goals.
