Job Summary

Cameron International Corporation (formerly Cooper Cameron Corporation, CCC) is a Schlumberger company and a global provider of pressure control, processing, flow control and compression systems as well as project management and aftermarket services for the oil and gas and process industries.

Manage the manufacturing activity including CNC machining, high efficiency welding, assembly, test, and painting. This role ensures an efficient and cost-effective manufacturing environment in Little Rock.

As Manufacturing Manager. You’ll be responsible for resource allocation, hiring, employee development and training. In addition, the manager must ensure that manufacturing is done safely, of the highest quality, timely, in a cost effective manner and adheres to the Cameron/Schlumberger standards. The manufacturing manager is measured by meeting customer commitments, producing quality parts in a cost-effective manner, and ensuring the work place is accident free and organized.

Minimum Job Qualifications Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree; or 10+years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must have proven manufacturing management experience, including supervisory skills, employee selection, performance management, effective goal setting etc.

  • Must have working knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes(i.e. welding, QA/QC, tubing installations, electrical wiring etc.)

  • Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Prior experience with SAP a plus.

  • Must have excellent communication skills, able to work as part of a team, good interpersonal skills and a good listener.

  • Must have excellent organizational skills and able to handle multiple activities at the same time.
