Job Responsibilities:
The Health and Wellbeing Intern will be working alongside the Global Health Wellbeing Manager from HSE Department and Global Health and Wellbeing SME from the HR Department, gaining valuable skills and experience, which will enhance their future career prospects in both HR and HSE. The role is largely project based but also includes routine monthly tasks.
Draft communication materials related to health and wellbeing campaigns, employee assistance program, emotional intelligence training, etc.
Create and host health and wellbeing seminars
Help employees, HR and HSE better understand their employee assistance program
Coordinate communication campaigns
Establish regular meetings between HR, HSE and wellbeing providers
Gather benefits data and statists, support data analytics
Support groundwork for potential changes in health and wellbeing benefits and assist in the development of corresponding administrative changes
Participate in discussions with plan administrators and carriers to assist in the management of services
Assist in the billing and payment process with cooperation from Finance to make sure the providers invoices are paid
Complies with all applicable Schlumberger standards and policies
Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy & Protection Guidelines and relevant legislation

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HSE, Management or Communications
Able to work independently

Familiar with the functions of Microsoft Office
