Job Summary

Job Summary:

  • To oversee and manage daily operations of warehouse activities including but not limited to: facilities, equipment, documentation, safety & health, etc

  • Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency and stock management and inventory control

  • Assist in monitoring cycle counting program to increase inventory record accuracy to 95% or higher

  • Assist in cycle counts for inventory control run batches

  • Keep schedule to assure all material is counted per Cameron requirements

  • Maintain and drive improved efficiency and effectiveness of all warehouse and logistics areas including systematic storage and retrieval of raw materials, warehousing and timely shipment

  • Support shop production schedule by making sure orders are pulled in a timely manner

  • Manage and develop efficient and effective procedures to ensure compliance to internal procedures and state/federal regulations

  • Process documents and maintain records affecting assigned activities of receiving; issue or shipment of items, including all required shortages

  • Provide information related to status of items as received; stocking and shipping

  • Implement continuous development programs across people and systems to improve team capabilities, workflow quality, costs and return on investments

  • Ability to record MTR’s

  • Position will supervise other warehouse personnel

Minimum Job Qualifications


  • High School Diploma with 5+ years of operational experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Demonstrated experience working in a warehouse environment with good understanding of inventory, shipping and receiving

  • Candidate must be proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP;

  • Previous forklift experience; up to 27,800 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of managerial/supervisory experience

  • SAP

  • Experience with quality management systems
