The Manufacturing Planning Manager is responsible for converting demands such as forecasts and customer orders into a stable yet responsive master activity schedule, making sure that materials and capacities are available to meet the needs of customers as well as the volume objectives of management. The Manufacturing Planning Manager manages the Planners and Procurement Specialists.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • 8 to 10 years of Production Planning Experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • SAP (Optimus, HANA, ECC) experience of 5 years is required.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required in either engineering or manufacturing.

  • Managerial Experience in leading teams of 5 or more direct reports is required.

At SLB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at/near the top of the range. The anticipated salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000.
