Job Summary:
The Project Lead is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The TS Project Lead identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
Relationships:
Reports to the Product and Service Delivery Manager.
Responsibilities:
Candidate’s duties may include the following:
Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
Execute service delivery to the customer.
Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.
Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
Deploy equipment, personnel, material and product in a position to be ready to perform service.
Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
Maintain the required safety training.
Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Associate degree in engineering Discipline
10 years’ experience with Well Testing operations in a Deep Water environment
3 years’ experience in project lead capacity
Strong mechanical aptitude
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must be able to perform the essential functions in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
